One or more SCADA Operator Screens Frozen

If an operator screen has locked/frozen then try the following first before calling the Support Line.

1. Make a note of the screen name/number which is in the following format GCFSCADA## (## being a number)
2. Remove the power from the screen.
3. Wait at least 1 minute.
4. Reapply the power and wait for the system to "Boot" into the SCADA application.
5. Try the functionality of the screen.

If the above steps do not cure the issue then call your appropriate S4 Support Number for assistance.
