Frequently Asked Question

If all SCADA screens are showing signs of non-communication, Check the following:-

• Check power to SCADA Server - Status lights should be showing if power available. Make note of lights being shown. If no lights are being shown then contact S4 Engineering Support.
• Check network cables and switches are attached and power is on to network switch.

If the above is OK then contact S4 Engineering Support with note of server status lights.
