Cannot select "Production" Mode On Equipment

If "Production" mode cannot be selected on the relevant equipment page, check the following:

  1. Check for "Alarms" for the item in question, repair and clear if required.
  2. Check the "CIP Status" page for the CIP Status of the equipment. If the item in question is in either "Empty Dirty" or "Making Product" then seek advice from your Technical Department.
S4 Support cannot change any CIP status without prior permission from the company Technical Department.
